Open the Flex Matix app and tap the Account icon in the bottom menu. This will take you to your profile settings.
In the Account section, tap Withdraw to begin the process of transferring your funds.

You will be directed to the withdrawal section of the official Olymptrade platform. If required, log in to your account.
Once on the withdrawal page, select Add Payment Method to proceed to the next step.
Please note that you can only withdraw funds using the same payment method you used to make your deposit. Simply select one of your existing payment options to continue.
